Shirts for Days

It’s hard to find good dress shirts, especially when there are so many options on the market. I’ll do a more extensive guide on what each type of collar, cuff, and fit means. Be sure to subscribe to make sure you don’t miss it!

The three things you should look for in every dress shirt is: quality/durability, fit and style. It’s difficulty to find all three of those in the same shirt depending on your price point. You’re going to want to buy versatile dress shirts, and by that I mean shirts that can match a lot of ties and suits. What good is a $400 shirt if you can only wear it with one suit and one tie? I’ll help you get the most bang for your buck. Dress shirts, like shoes and suits, are something I am will gladly fork over some big money for. Saying that, I’m still cheap and broke so sales are my best friend. Here’s a list of some of the best dress shirt maker’s on the market. They don’t want you to be stylish, Major Key. (In Order of Price)

Introducing Twillory

Oh man, probably the most stylish shirts on the market. Also, they are currently doing a deal- 4 Shirts for $199 with code “STOCKUP” I went through their collection and picked four versatile shirts that will up your style game to another level. I would wear every single shirt I picked. Left to Right: Blue Check, Blue and Red Dots, Navy and Black Anchors, Fun Buttons (ditch the tie, just wear the shirt like this). All these shirts are fun and can still work with a lot of tie designs and colors. For $200, this is an awesome way to upgrade your wardrobe. Check Twillory out and tweet me which one you love, they also make stellar ties!

Introducing Ledbury

I have a thing for this company because it’s based in VA, in the capital- Richmond. Ledbury shirts will run you around $100-$145 a pop. Saying that you definitely get awesome quality. My go to with Ledbury would be plain shirts, the simple all white or all light blue. I have 8 all white shirts differing from brand, fit, collar, and cuff. They have great patterned shirts as well, it’s just when I think Ledbury I think of high quality simple dress shirts and stylish casual shirts. They have a solid fit guide so check that out before you purchase! No matter which shirt you choose, Ledbury is a great brand to fill your closet with.

Introducing Eton Shirts (does it really need an intro?)

If you enjoy having money in your bank account, continue reading at your own risk… don’t say I didn’t warn you though. There are roughly 133 designs of slim fit dress shirts on their website and there is only one that I wouldn’t wear. The other 132 I would gladly add to my collection if I didn’t have to also pay for my undergraduate degree. Tweet me which one you don’t think I would wear! Here are my top 3 shirts from Eton, each priced from $255-$295. Red Textured Twill, Eton Signature Dots (pictured below), and Green Micro Check.Screen Shot 2016-07-29 at 11.02.12 PM
